Buildings are designed to the principals of “modernity” – meaning discontinued from historical styles in early 20th century. Whether building a new house from scratch, altering or renovating, our designs maximize the potential for light and space, connect ‘inside and out’, combine old and new, and blur the boundaries between them.

We create buildings that harmonize with the site’s natural features and have minimal impact on the environment. Nature is included in our interior and exterior space. Our approach varies depending on the project, but typically includes high levels of insulation, renewable energy solutions, conservation systems, and, where possible, ‘green’ building materials.
